Hi, beautiful!

This is where you will get to know me. How my spiritual journey has been until now and how did I arrive to the present moment as a happy and fulfilled woman at all levels of life.

Who am I?

My journey of self-discovery and internal transformation began when I was 20 years old and I felt that Life had something else to give me. I started practising Yoga and Tantra Yoga and gradually discovered the mysteries of spirituality. It was spirituality that awakened the mysteries of my being and allowed me to start discovering my essence as a human being, and as a woman.

In professional terms, I have a masters degree in Communication Sciences and work as a writer. It was my love for communication and for spirituality that led me to create the Sacred Communication Course for Couples.

I also discovered the magical world of massage, especially Tantric Massage. I learnt the art of massage and conscious touch in various countries, including relaxation massage, tantric massage, taoist techniques, lomi-lomi massage, reflexology and healing massage with essential oils.

With my intense yoga practice and experiences by living in spiritual communities, I felt I could help women: that I could share my knowledge, that I could inspire them and help them to reach their highest potential. That was the moment where the women circles and coaching sessions were born.

Because all women are manifestations of the Eternal Feminine, my aim is to help them discover how they can connect to the Great Mother (Mahashakti, in the Tantric tradition) and be a pure channel of Her manifestation.

As my spiritual aspiration and love for God grew, I felt it was time to take another step in my life's mission and I became a Yoga teacher with Atman Federation, became a coordinator of women's groups and am currently training to become a teacher of Tantra Yoga and Kashmir Shivaism.

Today I am a very fulfilled and happy woman, yet I'm constantly transforming, constantly learning, constantly evolving - every day I work to be a better person, to blossom more and more as a woman and to help other women blossom. Because a world full of flowers is a better world.

How I get in touch with my feminine side and explore my femininity

Walking by the ocean.

Being surrounded by Mother Nature is wonderful, healing and soothing for the soul. I offer myself moments of connection with Nature by the beach, feeling the water kissing my feet and the fresh air cleaning my lungs.

Giving massages.

Expressing active love is a way to open the heart and enter in contact with the energies of love. When I give massages I feel how my entire being opens and embraces the other one, is a magical moment where all that matters is empathy and love.

Wearing make-up.

The outer beauty is an important aspect for our inner state. I feel I blossom when I wear a refined feminine make up and my face becomes more shinning because I embrace, accept and love my reflexion in the mirror.

Dancing.

The art of dancing is extremely connected with the flow of the energies and expressing how we feel with fluidity and oppeness. Dancing is a great practice to let go of inhibitions, complexes and to increase self-confidence.

Journaling.

I do this practice for several years and the benefits are immense: I feel more aware of my emotions, I embrace my own feelings, I let go of shame and self judgments and put a light on the aspects I have to work on myself to be better, every day.

Taking care of my space.

Like a good Taurus, the space where I live plays an important role in my life and in my inner state. Therefore, I make sure it is always organized and beautiful. Some candles, warm light, background relaxing music and a clean space make the difference!
