The answer we all search for

“In every heart there is a window to other hearts. They are not separate, like two bodies. But like two lampsthat are not together, their light unites in a single beam.” - Rumi

There is urgency in Love. There is urgency in the communion of hearts between human beings. There is urgency in pure eroticism, the kind that makes us reach the heavens without moving from the earth. There is an urgent need to awaken the soul to a beautiful, elevated life, worthy of Gods and Goddesses. There is an urgent need to free ourselves from the bonds of the ego, to let go of prejudices and judgments, to let go of fear, the fear that prevents us from reaching liberation. Let us have faith and fill ourselves with the courage to take that step that has never been taken, to speak the word that has never been spoken, to do what has never been done.

It's time to embrace the universe, all its manifestations and everything around us. It's time to love your neighbor, to have compassion for suffering beings, to feel empathy for your brother, friend, neighbor or lover. It's time to offer affection, kindness, words of affection, deep looks, genuine kisses. It's time to walk towards the light, to leave the darkness behind, to light a candle so as not to curse the darkness. It's time to live in the present moment, to feel everything, every second, to be attentive to everything that surrounds us, to the energies that run through us, to the blood that flows through our veins.

Because it is in this present moment that the answer lies, the answer we are all looking for, the answer that is only one, but unfolds and transforms into many others... the answer that brings clarity to everything else, that will make us stop questioning with intellect, that will stop our minds. The answer that lives inside us. In the center of our chest. It's that answer that we search for endlessly, even without knowing that we're looking for it, and that, when we have the slightest hint of its existence, we cling to it without ever letting go. Because it is, in fact, everything that our soul most desires, most seeks, most longs for.

This answer is so vast, so magnificent, so grandiose, so immense of everything, that many of us forget about it completely, get lost in the intermittencies of life, let ourselves be carried away by unconscious pleasure, by the preferences of the ego, by the superficial and ephemeral. But this response is the opposite. This response is permanent, endless, constant, never-ending. This response lives inside us patiently, waiting to be discovered, to shine out into the world, to awaken completely. To finally make itself felt, with all its nuances and colors, with all its specificities and characteristics.

This response is nothing less than the reflection of God in each of us, a divine spark, a divine self that is always present, always awake, always attentive, always alive. A self that never dies, and is the answer to everything.
